Ways to shape the slender arms ABCD
There are too many methods to shape the slender arms. Now I will tell you foureasier ways today. As long as you can persist for more than two weeks, you can lose the fat of the arms and shape a pair of slender arms. And in summer, you can be in proud in showing your slender arms with the beautiful sleeveless dress.
A.
1. hold dumbbells or the bottles filled with water ( or sands ) in hands and stretch up from front and slowly to the back. Be careful, you should keep the arms close to your ears as mach as possible.
2. put down towards front slowly and repeat 15 times. you can do exercise 45 times per day successively or separately.
B.
1. stretch your right arm up and bend to the left shoulder blade from the back.
2. make the joint of the right arm which pressed by the left hand to touch left shoulder blade and then put them higher.
3. then do this in another side of your body. Make sure keep 20 times per day.
C.
1.strentch your arms straight to the front and make your feet shoulder-width apart.
2.move your arms in circle outwards 20times and then inwards 20 times.
3. move in circle with the strength of the arms in stead of hands. The circle needs to be suitable.
D.
1.keep your body straight and make your feet shoulder-width apart. Extend your arms horizontally to the both sides of the body and move your arms in circle forward. It’s better to shape the muscle of the outer part of the upper arm.
2. as above and move your arms in circle backward. It’s better to shape the muscle of the inner part of the upper arm and the muscle of chest.
3. the circle should be suitable in order not to hurt the shoulder.
